These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client," "you") and SecureLend, Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("SecureLend," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SecureLend software-as-a-service platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Description of Services
SecureLend provides an AI-powered platform designed for financial institutions and businesses to compare financial products, including but not limited to loans, insurance, and software.
CRITICAL: AI Model Limitations and Risks
YOU MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS BEFORE USING THE SERVICES:
- ›AI Output Is Informational Only: Offered "as-is". SecureLend makes no warranties regarding accuracy.
- ›AI Models Can Produce Errors: Independently verify all information before relying on it for lending decisions.
- ›Algorithmic Bias Risk: Outcomes may violate fair lending laws; human oversight is required.
FAILURE TO IMPLEMENT APPROPRIATE OVERSIGHT AND VALIDATION PROCEDURES MAY RESULT IN REGULATORY ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS.
2A. AI Assistant Marketplace Integration
2A.1. Marketplace Model
SecureLend operates a financial product marketplace accessible through AI assistant platforms including ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic) via the Model Context Protocol ("MCP").
3. Account Registration
To access the Services, you must be a duly organized, validly existing business entity or individual in good standing.
4. Client Data and Intellectual Property
4.1. Client Data Ownership
As between you and SecureLend, you own all right, title, and interest in and to any data, information, or material that you upload or submit to the Services ("Client Data").
