Bank Statement PDF to Excel — OCR to JSON
Convert a bank statement or scanned PDF to Excel. OCR to JSON, then a spreadsheet you can download. Agents do the work; the LOS stays the system of record.
# OCR financial statements to JSON and Excel Lenders already have the file. The job is to get numbers out of a PDF or a phone photo without retyping them. SecureLend OCR classifies the document, extracts a schema you can read, and — for financial statements — builds a spreadsheet you can download. It does not replace your LOS. It does not sign a credit decision. ## What you get - Classify (~$0.02/page): type the file (invoice, statement, other). - Extract (~$0.03/page, $0.04 with your fields): JSON only for the fields you asked for. - Statement spread ($0.50/workspace): ratios plus an Excel file with a 24-hour download link. A photo of a statement is enough. Wait until classify is no longer processing. If extract has zero facts, do not spread yet. ## What this is not Not a 30-year consumer mortgage stack. Not a complete LOS. Not an automatic approve/fund. A qualified human still reads the output. Connect the SecureLend MCP, upload a TEST or real statement, and take the Excel link. If the columns are wrong, customize the blueprint and extract again.
