How to add SecureLend to ChatGPT
There are two ways to use SecureLend inside ChatGPT: through the official SecureLend GPT App or by adding the MCP Server manually as a developer tool.
Option 1: The GPT App (Easiest)
SecureLend is a verified application in the ChatGPT App Store. No technical setup is required.
- Open ChatGPT.
- Search the App Store for "SecureLend AI".
- Select the app and start a conversation: "Find me a business loan."
Option 2: Manual MCP Setup (Developers)
If you are using ChatGPT's developer mode or want to connect your own agentic workflow:
- In ChatGPT, navigate to Settings → Apps.
- Enable Developer mode.
- Click "Add app" or "Add tool".
- Enter the SecureLend MCP Endpoint:
https://mcp.securelend.ai/mcp. - Name the tool "SecureLend Financials".
- Once connected, you can ask "List all available financial tools" to verify the connection.
Why connect via MCP?
Connecting via MCP gives the AI model "native" access to our lender database, payment calculators, and underwriting agents. This results in much higher accuracy and more structured responses compared to simple web-browsing search results.
